    Eric Tomlinson was born on 26 September 1939 at Burleigh House in Bispham, Blackpool, Lancashire, and has lived in Liverpool nearly all his life.[3] His father was a baker and he was born in Bispham because, just after the outbreak of World War II, his mother Peggy was ev
